I am a Registered Nurse, with my bachelor of science in nursing, level II Reiki healing certification, and HeartMath intervention certification who has a passion for helping ALL humans feel their best; because we deserve to live our one life feeling incredible! Our Story
Founded in Minnesota in 2023, out of necessity. The need to educate people on how to enhance the performance of the human body using modalities that are readily available.
When looking at a house plant with its leaves turning brown or wilting, the question is immediately "what does this little guy need?" Maybe it's water, sunlight, or maybe it needs repotted because the soil doesn't have enough nutrients. The thought is not: "well there is something fundamentally wrong with this plant. It broken and doesn't know how to function".
It's exactly the opposite!
We know the plant is missing necessary nutrients and minerals. So WHY don't we treat our bodies this way? Insert the basis and foundation for Primal.
