Where It Started

    After putting all my faith in traditional medicine, I was left exhausted beyond words, irritable, full of anxiety, and felt terrible. I was diagnosed with anxiety, OCD, hypothyroidism, sleep apnea, and irritable bowel syndrome. I was headed down a path of more medications and even scheduled for surgery to remove my tonsils, in my 30’s, to help with frequent strep throat and sleep apnea. 

     At the age of 32, with no benefits or results in my personal health from traditional medicine, I decided to take matters into my own hands after seeing a video on social media. I started researching, and researching, and yes, MORE researching. I found that many of the ailments I was suffering from were related to nutritional deficiencies, genetic mutations, and consumption of food/ cosmetics/ self-care products that were full of toxins I didn’t even know existed.

       Essentially, there wasn't anything wrong with ME! I was lacking basic nutrients and minerals. I didn't need MORE medication. I needed basic nutrients and to recharge my body using the elements of the earth. We were put on this earth with all things necessary to survive; we just need to learn how to utilize them.

     I thought this was it, I thought I had learned what a needed to learn to heal my body. Little did I know, I was about to pick up a book in 2024 that would change every aspect of my entire reality. This book was Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza. This doctor wrote a book explaining energy and the energy field in ways that I had never heard. THAT is something that has changed my entire perception of reality and the trajectory of my life.

        I learned that we are more energy than we are physical matter. That the majority of "us" is not something that you can see. I learned that I am not my body. I am a soul that chose this physical body. I've learned that I have lived many lives before. I've learned that we are all deeply connected to the cosmos and most of us didn't originate on this planet. I've learned that we ALL have access to this information, we just have to learn how to tap into it. This is the journey that 2025 took me on. Now, I'm ready to share this part of my journey, evolution and training with you. 

      The knowledge that I have gained and research that I have found continues to BLOW. MY. MIND. I feel responsible to share everything I have and continue to learn with other people who are stuck, suffering and feeling disconnected like I did. 

       So here I am! Ready give the gift of knowledge to anyone who is ready to take their health into their own hands, expand their consciousness, live fully in alignment and roll the dice on something un-traditional.  I'm excited to see your journey and i thank you SO much for being here!
